Tauchen mit der Galapagos-Tauchkreuzfahrt Aggressor III
An jedem Tag finden bis zu 4 Tauchgänge statt. Die Tauchgänge sind wie folgt über den Tag verteilt:
- Tauchgang: Vor dem Frühstück geht es bereits unter Wasser.
- Tauchgang: Nach dem Frühstück folgt der zweite Tauchgang.
- Tauchgang: Nach dem Mittagessen, einer kurzen Einweisung und einer kleinen Pause geht es erneut unter Wasser.
- Tauchgang: Nach einem Snack und einer kurzen Pause findet der letzte Tauchgang des Tages statt.
Nach den Einweisungen machen sich alle Taucher bereit und fahren mit Beibooten zum Tauchplatz. Aufgrund starker Strömungen und manchmal schlechter Sicht, abhängig vom Wetter, ist es ratsam, über ausreichend Taucherfahrung zu verfügen. Mindestens 50 Tauchgänge sind erforderlich. Wenn das Team der Meinung ist, dass die Fähigkeiten eines Tauchers für einen bestimmten Tauchplatz nicht ausreichen, kann es anweisen, dass dieser Taucher dort nicht tauchen darf.
Insgesamt werden während der 7-Nächte-Kreuzfahrt bis zu 18 Tauchgänge unternommen. Davon können zwei Tauchgänge in der Nacht nach dem Abendessen stattfinden.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass alle Tauchtouren Beispiele sind und sich jederzeit aufgrund von Wetterbedingungen und den Bestimmungen des Nationalparks ändern können. An manchen Tagen sind aufgrund langer Überfahrten zu den nächsten Inseln keine 4 Tauchgänge möglich.

Traumurlaub
Die tolle individuelle Betreuung vor Ort war absolut außergewöhnlich. Die faszinierende Tierwelt sowieso! Die Inseln sind auch mit 3 Kinder zwischen 5 und 11 sehr gut zu bereisen. Das Acacia (Santa Cruz) und das Isabela Beach House sind ausgezeichnete Hotels, die mit sehr viel Herzblut geführt werden und die wir gerne empfehlen. Die Tourauswahl war sehr abwechselungsreich. Isabela hat uns am Besten gefallen, insbesondere die Tuneles Tour, als Highlight. Die Concha Perla ist für kleinere Kinder der beste Spot zum Schnorcheln. Kleine Anmerkungen auf sehr hohem Niveau. Kicker Rock vor San Cristobal wollte ich unbedingt, ist aber für Kinder zum Schnorcheln nicht sinnvoll und hatte ziemlich schlechte Sicht. Santa Cruz hat im Vergleich zu Isabela weniger gute Schnorchelbedingungen (teilweise schlechte Sicht), da könnte man noch etwas deutlicher darauf hinweisen. Espanola und North Seymour waren landseitig ebenso echte Highlights. Kleiner Tipp für Kinder: Auf Flügen zwischen den Inseln ist neben dem Piloten immer ein Platz frei und anscheinend kann man die sogar vorab bei der Airline reservieren. Eine andere Familie auf unserem Flug hat das gemacht. Ein absolutes Highlight für deren Tochter.
Wunderbare Reise lässt Skepsis vergessen
Unsere eigentlich für den Mai 2020 geplante Reise holen wir nun endlich im Februar / März 2022 nach. Trotz aller Vorfreude bleiben wir bis zum Reiseantritt skeptisch, ob in diesen pandemischen Zeiten eine solche Reise wirklich durchgeführt werden kann. Und ja, man kann! In Ecuador werden die Masken von allen konsequent und selbstverständlich getragen und auch wenn Corona noch ein Thema ist, fühlen wir uns zu keiner Zeit unsicher.
Nach zwei Tagen Quito auf eigene Faust und einem Tagesausflug in den Nebelwald von Mindo führt uns unsere Reise über Otavalo, Papallacta und über die Straße der Vulkane erst einmal nach Cuenca. Auf diesem Weg begleitet und gefahren werden wir von Danny, unserem Führer, der immer ganz individuell auf unsere Wünsche eingeht und uns absolut kompetent Land und Leute, Natur und Essen nahebringt. Dank ihm können wir den anstrengenderen Teil unserer Reise auch genießen und unvergeßliche Eindrücke mitnehmen.
Der zweite Teil unserer Reise führt uns auf die Galapagos-Inseln – absolutes Kontrastprogramm zu den Anden. Die Einreisemodalitäten sind aufwändig, aber es ist beeindruckend mit welcher Konsequenz der Nationalpark geschützt wird. Drei Tage Santa Cruz, drei Tage Isabela, zwei Tagesausflüge und zwei Halbtagesausflüge haben bei uns einen kleinen aber unvergesslichen Eindruck dieser außergewöhnlichen Flora und Fauna hinterlassen. Uns aber auch bewusst gemacht, wie fragil dieses und in der Folge alle Ökosysteme sind.
Großen Anteil am Gelingen dieser Reise hatte das kompetente Team von Galapagos Pro, angefangen bei der individuellen Beratung vor Antritt der Reise, über die durchweg schönen Unterkünfte, jede mit ihrem ganz eigenen Flair bis zu der durchgehenden Betreuung vor Ort. Es gab jederzeit Kontakt per WhatsApp, so dass alle Fragen schnell und unkompliziert geklärt werden konnten.
