Tauchen mit der Galapagos-Tauchkreuzfahrt Galaxy Diver II
An jedem Tag werden bis zu 4 Tauchgänge stattfinden, diese sind wie folgt über den Tag verteilt
- Tauchgang: Nach einem leichten Frühstück ist der erste Tauchgang.
- Tauchgang: Auf einen kleinen Snack folgt der zweite Tauchgang.
- Tauchgang: Den dritten Tauchgang unternehmen Sie nach einer Pause und dem Mittagessen.
- Tauchgang: Der letzte Tauchgang des Tages findet noch vor dem Abendessen statt.
Nach den Einweisungen macht sich jeder Taucher bereit und es geht mit Beibooten zum Tauchplatz. Aufgrund starker Strömungen und teilweise schlechterer Sicht, je nach Wetter, wird empfohlen, viel Taucherfahrung zu haben. Mindestens 50 Tauchgänge sind Vorschrift. Wenn das Team glaubt, dass die Fähigkeiten zu schwach für eine Stelle sind, können sie anweisen, dass Taucher an dieser Stelle nicht tauchen können. Insgesamt werden bis zu 18 Tauchgänge unternommen. An den Tagen, an denen ein Landgang unternommen wird, werden die Tauchgänge 3 und 4 durch diesen ersetzt.
Alle Tauchtouren sind unverbindlich und können sich jeder Zeit aufgrund von Wetter und Bestimmungen des Nationalparks ändern. Außerdem sind an manchen Tagen keine 4 Tauchgänge möglich, da eine lange Überfahrt zur nächsten Insel ansteht.

Galapagos - gerade in Covid-Zeiten ein besonderes Erlebnis
Wenn man Natur und Tiere mag, sind die Galapagosinseln ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis. Die Tiere haben fast keine Angst vor den Menschen, so dass man ganz nah an sie herankommt. Galapagos Pro hat uns eine abwechslungsreiche und interessante Tour mit Aktivitaeten auf San Cristobal, Santa Cruz, Espanola und Isabela zusammengestellt. Tolle Beratung, super Service, puenktliche Abholung und freundliche und erfahrene Tourguides. Die Hotels waren ebenfalls Top. Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis auch Dank Galapagos Pro. Sehr zu empfehlen.
Reise meines Lebens - Die Galapagos Inseln
Obwohl ich schon viel gereist bin, habe ich mich schon zu Beginn der Reise im Mai 2021 gefragt: Was kann das noch toppen? Diese Reise hat all meine Erwartungen weit übertroffen und das trotz (oder vielleicht auch gerade wegen?) der aktuellen Corona Situation.
Zuerst einmal, ich habe mich zu jedem Zeitpunkt der Reise immer zu 100% sicher gefühlt, denn die Hygiene Maßnahmen vor Ort werden sehr viel strenger als überall in Europa beachtet.
Die Anzahl der Touristen vor Ort hat sich zu meinem Reisezeitpunkt sehr in Grenzen gehalten und überall und immer hat sich die einheimische Bevölkerung sehr über jeden einzelnen Reisenden freut.
Unmittelbar nach Anreise auf der Insel San Cristobal hatte ich schon am Nachmittag die ersten beeindruckenden Erlebnisse mit der unglaublichen Tierwelt und das steigerte sich noch ab dem nächsten Tag, als meine 5-tägige Kreuzfahrt mit der Coral I begann. Das Schiff, oder eher die Yacht, ein Traum!
Schöne, gemütliche Kabine, die beste und freundlichste Crew die man sich vorstellen kann, unglaublich leckeres Essen und die täglichen Aktivitäten in traumhafter Kulisse und die hautnahen Begegnungen mit der Tierwelt an Land und im Wasser sind durch nichts zu übertreffen! Jeder Besuchspunkt ein Höhepunkt! Das Schnorcheln mit den Wasserschildkröten, den unzähligen verschiedenen Fischen und vor allem mit den Seelöwen, die verspielt wie kleine Hundewelpen sind, werde ich nie vergessen. Und auch an Land war der „Mindestabstand“ von 2 Metern manchmal nur schwer einzuhalten, denn die Tiere haben keinerlei Angst und machen entsprechend auch keinen Platz… War ich doch bis dato kein besonderer Vogelliebhaber, haben mich insbesondere die niedlichen Blaufußtölpel mit ihren hübschen blauen Füßen, auf die sie zu Recht stolz sind, sehr fasziniert. Und wer kann schon von sich behaupten bei 29 ° Grad Lufttemperatur mit Pinguinen geschwommen zu sein?
Mit schwerem Herzen habe ich nach einer Woche das Schiff verlassen, aber Gott sei Dank war die Reise noch nicht zu Ende. Es folgten 2 Tage in Puerto Ayora auf der Insel Santa Cruz, wo man sehr viel auf eigene Faust erleben kann, ein lohnenswerter Tagesausflug auf die Insel Bartolomé und zum krönenden Abschluss noch 4 entspannte Tage auf der wunderschönen Insel Isabela. Auch dort gab es noch so viel zu sehen, so dass von nur Faulenzen keine Rede war, aber wer möchte, genießt dort einfach den wunderschönen Strand und die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer des kleinen Hotels Cormorant Beach House, denn die ist definitiv nicht zu toppen!!!
Die gesamte Reise war perfekt organisiert (vielen lieben Dank nochmal Frau Filbig!), die Betreuung durch Karin und Rebekka auf Santa Cruz und Isabela erstklassig! Besser geht einfach nicht und ich würde lieber heute als morgen noch einmal auf das Archipel reisen, denn bei dieser Reise bleibt es ganz sicher nicht bei einem „Once in a lifetime“ Erlebnis.
